Among them, 4 newly started projects have a total investment of 512 million yuan and an annual planned investment of 90 million yuan. There are 3 industrial projects with a total investment of 402 million yuan and an annual planned investment of 45 million yuan. The total investment of the five completed projects is 596 million yuan, among which there are five industrial projects, with an expected annual output value of 580 million yuan.

It is reported that a total of 48 new projects in Shaoguan High-tech Zone have started construction in the previous eight centralized project commencement and completion activities, with a total investment of 17.076 billion yuan. Among them, there are 35 industrial projects with a total investment of 10.696 billion yuan. As of now, 48 projects have actually started construction, among which 48 have been included in the statistics database. By the end of November, an investment of 5.839 billion yuan had been included in the statistics.

The construction project of standard factory buildings and supporting facilities in Shaoguan High-tech Zone has completed the entire construction of the first-phase factory buildings and the comprehensive building. The No. 1 factory building has completed the external investment promotion and interior decoration work and is about to be put into use. The second-phase factory buildings are also under intense and comprehensive construction.

The standard factory building and supporting facilities construction project in Shaoguan High-tech Zone is developed by the Science and Technology Innovation Company, a subsidiary of Shaoguan Industrial Group. It is supported by government special bond funds and constructed and managed by the Science and Technology Innovation Company on its behalf. The project covers an area of 28,466 square meters (approximately 42.6 mu), with a total investment estimate of 285 million yuan.

At present, the construction of the first-phase comprehensive building and the No. 1 factory building of the project has been completed in full, and it is planned to complete the final acceptance inspection within this year. With the care and support of various bureaus (offices) of the Shaoguan High-tech Zone Management Committee and the investment promotion team of Shaoguan Industrial Investment Group, the Science and Technology Innovation Standard factory building project has attracted and received a total of 36 batches of entrepreneurs and business teams from all over the country to visit and discuss the matters of moving in. With the approval of the Management committee, The No. 1 standard factory building has been fully leased by Shaoguan Langke. The decoration work has been completed and it is about to be put into operation.
